What the account management preview accesses and why.

Google identity

We request openid and email to identify your Google account, verify its email and enforce the private-preview invitation list.

Google Ads permission

We request https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords to retrieve accessible account identifiers and MCC account relationships. Google describes this as broad management access; it is not a read-only OAuth scope. The application retrieves accessible accounts, creates empty client accounts under eligible managers, and creates responsive Display campaigns after an explicit user action.

Data accessed

Account IDs, descriptive names, manager relationships, account status, currency and time zone are displayed in your browser. They are not saved as an account directory in our application database. When you create a campaign, its settings, texts, landing-page URL and uploaded images are sent to Google. This release does not retrieve performance metrics, billing details or conversion reports.

Connection storage

The application stores an encrypted connection record containing email and OAuth tokens for your session. See the privacy policy for storage, retention and providers.

Control and deletion

Use the workspace’s disconnect button or remove AdsEasy.net at Google Account connections. Removing a grant does not change existing ads. Deletion instructions explain the difference between local deletion and revocation.
